From Kabale-Kisoro road, you branch off Katojo in Muko to Nshongi gorilla Resort, Rubuguri town, MISHAYA road about 5m.
When coming from Kisoro, you take Nkuringo road to Rubuguri town then take Mishaya road to the resort.
